The fact that they ended up both living in Maryland, far from their shared roots in St. Louis, is a testament to the twists and turns that brought them together. It wasn't long before they embarked on their first in-person adventure, a date that marked the beginning of their extraordinary journey. Their first date was unlike any other, as they crafted the beginnings of their story at a pottery studio and then dined at a charming sushi restaurant. The evening was filled with laughter, shared stories, and the anticipation of a bright and promising future.
As Time Went On…
The enchantment of their connection grew stronger, and it was on a day as memorable as their first date, March 25, 2023, that Will led Shelby back to the same pottery studio. To her complete surprise, surrounded by their closest family and friends, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever. She said yes, and their joyous celebration continued at that same sushi restaurant.
Their love story blossomed and led them to make a permanent home together in April 2023 when they bought a house together in Maryland. They share their home with their two fur babies, Bacardi and Pippin, who bring an extra dose of love and laughter into their lives.
Shelby and Will's love is an adventure in itself, and they enjoy countless shared passions and hobbies. From game nights with friends, to spoiling their nephews and niece, conquering challenging jigsaw puzzles, exploring local farmers' markets and craft fairs, hanging out at home with their beloved pups, and indulging their inner nerds, their days are filled with happiness.

Whether they are exploring the historic streets of Philadelphia, the sandy shores of the Outer Banks, the vibrant culture of Boston, picturesque landscapes of Belgium, bustling streets of London, the iconic atmosphere of New York City, and the memory filled corners of St. Louis; they knew they had each found their forever travel buddy.
